The amazing alfresco entertainment centre that is Ballykeeffe Amphitheatre has just announced a spectacular summer programme
The award-winning masterpiece in Kilmanagh, County Kilkenny will this year see
a welcome return of The Stunning, following hugely successful gigs in previous years.
Ballykeeffe Amphitheatre will also play host to LYRA, a fantatic and hugely entertaining talent’
Fans of ABBA will be treated to an evening spanning their extensive repertoire with tribute band ABBAesque.
A welcome addition to the 2023 line-up for country music lovers is Lisa McHugh, one of Ireland’s leading country pop singers.
Also on the programme is the instantly recognisable The Riptide Movement, while renowned Irish folk band Stockton’s Wing return.
Critically-acclaimed folk band The High Kings also play this summer, while Dublin Gospel Choir come with powerful voices and rich harmonies.
Another new addition is The Big Generator, a seven-piece band which will take the audience through the evolution of classic rock with hits from some of the best-selling artists of the past 40 years.
With their powerful and dynamic sound, Cry Before Dawn take to the Ballykeeffe stage as they prepare to release their first new material in over 10 years.
The ever-popular Chapterhouse Theatre Company will return with an open-air production of the classic Sense and Sensibility.
Nestled at the foot of the old Ballykeeffe Quarry, Ballykeeffe Amphitheatre run entirely by volunteers, brings the authentic atmosphere of an open-air Italian theatre to the quaint Kilkenny countryside.
